Northeastern Health System in Oklahoma is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Unit, with a 7:00pm–7:00am schedule. The role provides professional nursing care in critical care areas following established procedures and requires a current Oklahoma RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and NIHSS.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, delegation of tasks to staff, narcotics administration, and maintaining documentation and safety standards across shifts.

Formación

• Minimum education: Associate degree or diploma.
• Minimum experience: sufficient clinical experience.
• Current Oklahoma RN license; BLS and ACLS within 6 months; NIHSS.
• Preferred education: Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains established policies, procedures, safety and infection control standards.
• Documents initial nursing histories and assesses patient conditions to develop care plans.
• Oversees delivery of care and delegates assignments to nursing staff based on patient needs and staff availability.
• Administers medications and narcotics; ensures accurate medical records.
