Job summary

Aurora Health Care's ICU at South Shore is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 12-bed unit. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in the state.

At least 6 months of RN experience is required; BLS for Healthcare Providers is also required. You will coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with standards and procedures.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to create a safe environment and best patient experience.
