Job summary

Aurora Health Care's ICU at South Shore is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 12-bed unit. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in the state.

At least 6 months of RN experience is required; BLS for Healthcare Providers is also required. You will coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

Where You Will Work: South Shore

• 12 bed ICU - medical /respiratory

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new grads
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
