Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and document findings.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and monitor outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain confidential patient records and use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
