Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac/Thoracic/Vascular ICU (CTV-IC), Schedule 7a-7:30p, full-time 36 hours per week in Akron, OH. The role provides, coordinates, and delegates nursing care with a focus on evidence-based practice.

You will utilize clinical judgment, support families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to attain optimal patient health. Required ADN (BSN preferred), Ohio RN license, and ACLS/BLS; weekend option may apply.

Qualifications

• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• One year recent RN experience required; weekend option may apply.
• ACLS training within six months if hired into critical care areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate, and delegate nursing care in ICU.
• Manage resources to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Support patients, families, and communities to restore health.
• Maintain ACLS/BLS requirements and safety standards.
