Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medications. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through active participation and ongoing professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and families, while considering patient preferences, cultural, and emotional needs. Utilizes advanced nursing skills to evaluate physical and psychosocial needs in a state-of-the-art environment.
