Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ICU setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with physicians and teams, delivering safe, evidence-based nursing services.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients in the EMR, educating families, coordinating care through effective communication, and supervising LPNs as needed. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; current RN licensure; BLS certification; ACLS/PALS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient conditions in the EMR; educate patients and families; coordinate care via effective communication and handoffs.
• Delegate and supervise care by LPNs and unlicensed personnel; participate in quality improvement; maintain policy compliance.
• Engage in continuous professional development and adherence to hospital standards.
