Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, home care and medications.
• Participate in safety, quality, and compliance activities, and engage in professional development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans with the healthcare team, patients and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors.
