Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Graduate of a School of Nursing; RN licensed in Massachusetts.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN preferred.
• Two years of recent critical care experience recommended.
• De-escalation Certification (within 4 months) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Document assessments and discharge plans with clear communication to care team.
• Function as charge nurse when needed; supervise staff.
• Maintain and update professional development and participate in Nursing Committees.
• Represent hospital professionally and safeguard patient confidentiality.
