Job summary

Franciscan Health Michigan City Campus in Michigan City, Indiana is seeking a dedicated RN to join a fast-paced unit. You will develop a plan of care, implement, reassess and evaluate each patient, while actively listening, looking patients in the eye and ensuring they feel seen, heard and cared for. This 16-bed unit operates at a 2:1 patient ratio.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• ICU/ Critical Care Experience Required
