Job summary

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking an RN to join the 17-bed ICU unit. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with the care team on reassessment and evaluation. A 12-hour night shift (6p-6:30a) with alternating weekends/holidays is available.

New graduates with PCT experience are welcome. Minimum start pay is $34 per hour, with professional development opportunities and a faith-based

Qualifications

• RN with current state nursing license.
• BLS required (American Heart Association).
• ACLS required if unit requires it.
• PALS required if unit requires it.
• NRP required if unit requires it.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN patient care in ICU and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with care team to implement and reassess care plans.
