Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. seeks an experienced RN for the Plymouth Hospital ICU, on a travel contract. The role features 12-hour night shifts, 3 days/week, with 8 weeks duration and guaranteed hours per biweekly schedule. Candidates must hold a MA RN license and ACLS certification, with ICU experience and critical care skills.

Onsite assignment in Plymouth, MA, with a focus on ventilator management, titration of vasoactive meds, and continuous patient monitoring in a 14-bed unit.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• ACLS certification required; BLS preferred.
• 2 years ICU experience required; competency in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring.
• CCRNs encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU nursing care for adult and geriatric patients in a 14-bed unit.
• Manage ventilators, titrate vasoactives and sedatives, monitor hemodynamics.
• Recognize and respond to cardiac dysrhythmias and STEMI care per protocol.
• Ensure patient safety and documentation during a night-shift travel assignment.

UNIT DESCRIPTION: The Critical Care Center is a 14-bed critical care unit with 24 hour intensivist coverage that serves adult and geriatric patients with medical and/or surgical issues.

Minimum Requirements: Current Mass RN license Current AHABLS ACLS certification required. 2 years of ICU experience required; ability to demonstrate competency in core critical care skills: ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, post STEMI care; evidence of relevant continuing education CCRN preferred.

ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB. - NO HOLIDAY RTO, NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS RTO.
