Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Resource Float Pool RN to support ICU service lines. You will float between CVICU, SICU, and MICU and may assist other areas as needed, delivering high-quality critical care. Must have ACA and be prepared for hospital-wide float duties.

Ideal candidates will have experience with critically ill patients, strong teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice. Ohio licensure and BLS are required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license and BLS certification.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire for ICU areas.
• BSN must be completed within 5 years of hire per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments and collaborate with care team.
• Develop and communicate care plans using SBAR.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care and patient education.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety.
• Document care thoroughly in the EMR.
