Qualifications

• Experience in ICU and floating between multiple ICU environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing actions based on appropriate orders and delegates tasks as needed.
• Provides ongoing, individualized patient and family education.
• Communicates plan of care using SBAR and handoff processes.
• Responds to emergencies and maintains a safe environment.
