The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Resource Float Pool RN to support ICU service lines. You will float between CVICU, SICU, and MICU and may assist in other areas as staffing requires.

Ideal candidates hold an Ohio RN license, BLS/ACLS certifications, and ICU experience. BSN within 5 years is preferred. This role emphasizes teamwork, evidence-based practice, and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN license is required.
• BSN within 5 years of hire preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in ICU critical care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float among CVICU, SICU and MICU based on patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Document assessment, plan, and response in EMR.
• Partner with care teams for safe patient handoffs using SBAR.
