Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Resource Float Pool RN to support ICU service lines across multiple environments. Candidates should have experience with critically ill patients and be comfortable floating between ICU units, with additional support across hospital as needed.

Required is Ohio RN licensure, BSN within five years of hire where applicable, BLS, and ACLS within six months for ICU areas; specialty certification encouraged within five years to advance professional成长.

Qualifications

• RN with Ohio license.
• BSN required within 5 years of hire where applicable.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months for ICU step-down and ICU areas.
• Certification in area of clinical specialty expected within five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care in ICU settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Perform and document SBAR handoffs and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards and participate in ongoing professional development.
