Overland Park Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, perform, teach, and manage patient care while ensuring safety and best outcomes during night shifts.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree (ADN/BSN) and an active RN license in Kansas or a compact state, with BLS on hire, ACLS within 1 month, and TNCC within 6

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree.
• Current RN license in KS or a compact state.
• BLS required; ACLS within 1 month; TNCC within 6 months; 1 year critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to manage patient plans.
• Educate patients and families on condition, treatment and follow-up.
