Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license or multi-state license per state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in ICU.
• Ability to assess patient status, develop care plans and coordinate with team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and needs, set goals, and prescribe nursing actions.
• Assess and reassess pain using standard scales and document findings.
• Educate patients about medications and care plans.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Participate in meetings, quality and performance improvement activities.
