ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital – WJMC Campus, Marrero, LA

Position type: Full‑time. Shifts available: Days 7:00a.m. – 7:30p.m., Nights 7:00p.m. – 7:30a.m. Pay range: $35.00 to $52.79 per hour (plus shift differentials). Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 (limited time). Daily pay access available. (Note: full‑time night shift also offered.)

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver direct and indirect critical patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff. Communicate changes in patients’ clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co‑workers as appropriate. Participate in the discharge planning process.

Requirements

• Education: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Licences/Certification: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. BLS and ACLS required. ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Experience: Minimum of six months of ICU experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Salary / Wage Range

Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
