Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care in ICU with hemodynamic monitoring.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse events.
• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe and pain assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize care.
• Educate patients and families on plans and discharge instructions.
• Participate in emergency response and code events.
• Document care activities accurately in EMR.
