Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support the care of unstable and critically ill patients throughout the hospital.
• Perform a variety of patient care and technical duties in the outpatient Device Clinic.
• Educate patients and families regarding device function and follow-up routine.
• Assist with rapid responses and Code Blue on inpatient units.
• Evaluate patient/family responses to goals and interventions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other team members for comprehensive care.
