Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic seeks a Registered Nurse at Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia, PA for a per diem, 12-hour night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) in the ICU unit. The RN will provide total, comprehensive patient care, assess and document conditions, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning.

Required BSN or BS/BA, PA RN license, BLS, ACLS (or orientation completion). Prior acute care experience is preferred; benefits and flexible scheduling are highlighted by the

Qualifications

• BSN or BS/BA in Nursing required.
• Current RN Pennsylvania state license required.
• BLS required; ACLS either on orientation or current certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using nursing process.
• Delegate care to team members and communicate plan of care.
• Participate in discharge planning and multidisciplinary rounds.
• Support end-of-life and grieving processes when appropriate.
• Adhere to infection control standards and document care accurately.
