Qualifications
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
- BLS within 90 days of hire.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire.
- PALS within 6 months of hire for Pediatric areas.
- ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year for Oncology.
- TNCC/ENPC/CCRN/CCP certifications for critical care areas.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform comprehensive assessments on patients.
- Plan individualized care with nursing diagnoses and interventions.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care and medications.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and collaborate with the care team.
