Job summary

Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital is seeking an RN- Cont I for the midnight shift (7pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends/holidays. You will lead coordination and delivery of quality patient care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

You will delegate, supervise and document care and teaching for patients and families, communicate with the care team, and help identify and implement solutions to variances from patient goals.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• 1 Year Critical Care/ICU Nursing Experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and their families.
• Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions.
