SSM Health in Shawnee, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care in the CCU, performing comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions per policy.

The role requires BLS HCP, RN licensure (OK or compact state) and ALS/ENPC/NRP/PALS/TNCC equivalents where applicable; no prior experience required. Night shift, 36 hours weekly, with competitive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• No experience required.
• RN licensure in OK or a compact state; BLS HCP and ALS/ENPC/NRP/PALS/TNCC (or equivalents) as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Obtain comprehensive patient data from patient, family, and other providers.
• Analyze data to determine diagnoses and care needs.
• Develop and implement a care plan with clinical judgement.
• Promote a safe environment and coordinate care with the interprofessional team.
• Evaluate progress toward patient outcomes and adjust as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patient, family, and team; apply evidence-based practices.
