Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS certification required.
• ICU experience preferred; CCRN and BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care in the ICU and mentor the nursing team.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the physician and coordinate care while maintaining privacy.
