Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an ICU medical unit in a busy acute inpatient setting. You will provide direct patient care, assess and monitor patient conditions, and partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Candidates should hold an Associate degree in Nursing, a valid RN license, and have at least one year of RN experience. BSN preferred. Night shifts and on-call duties may be required as part of the unit’s schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• One year of registered nurse experience.
• Current RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in acute inpatient setting.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to develop and update plans of care.
• Documents patient data and plan of care accurately.
• Monitors patient status and intervenes per nursing protocols.
• Ensures patient safety and infection control practices.
