HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital seeks an ICU Registered Nurse to contribute to patient care planning, education, and collaboration with the clinical team. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and involvement in hospital initiatives to improve outcomes.

You will support patients and families, document care, and participate in continuous quality improvement within a high-performing ICU environment.

Formación

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license within 90 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse Diploma within 90 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient condition, status, treatment plan, medications and side effects, and follow-up measures.
• Assists patients and families with follow-up measures, lifestyle changes, and self-management education.
• Manages evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to meet and exceed quality measures.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan.
