Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited School of Nursing and eligible for Compact (multi-state) License in primary state of residence.
- Compact (multi-state) license in the primary state of residence.
- Demonstrates nursing theory knowledge, clinical practice standards, and competent medication calculations.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based nursing care to ICU patients using the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in all encounters with patients and families.
