UNC Health Johnston ICU is seeking a Per Diem ICU RN for night shifts in Smithfield, NC. The role provides competent nursing care in a high-acuity unit under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Director.

Requirements include NC RN licensure, successful completion of a board-approved nursing program, and BLS. Minimum one year of nursing experience is expected. Onsite work with competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
• One (1) year of nursing experience.

• Evaluation of Care - Identifies expected patient outcomes and communicates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Implementation - Demonstrates competence in care of patients with complex problems and safety considerations.
