Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing or diploma with current RN license in Kansas.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred or to be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred: BSN; strong teamwork and communication in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families and use assessment data to guide care plans.
• Communicate clearly with the clinical team and document patient conditions to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team and ensure smooth transitions.
• Demonstrate professionalism and lifelong learning within an interprofessional team.
• Provide nursing care according to unit scope and maintain reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with nursing scope of practice.
