Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• BSN degree required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for ICU patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to revise care plans.
• Provide leadership to staff and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
