Texas Health Allen is seeking a dedicated RN for the ICU to join our team in Allen, TX. The role is full-time days (7A–7P) with weekend/holiday requirements, and a focus on high-quality patient care in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Requirements include a Nursing Diploma or ADN, an active RN license (TX), BCLS, ACLS, and ICU experience. BSN preferred; compensation reflects market standards for Texas Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma of Nursing or ADN.
• BSN preferred.
• One-year ICU RN experience required; three years ICU experience preferred.
• RN licensure current/compact licensure recognized by Texas Board of Nursing on hire.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patients' safety, physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Engage in mutual problem solving with patients and families.
• Work as a team member to provide high-quality patient care.
