Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU in Arlington, TX. The role is PRN with night shifts (7PM-7AM) and requires 36 hours per week, with a focus on critical care in Region A.

Qualified candidates hold a Nursing Diploma or higher, Texas RN license, and certifications such as BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. CLIAFE compliance for foreign education is also required. This position offers robust patient care opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or higher is required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• CLIAFE compliance for foreign education is required.
• Texas RN license required upon hire.
• BCLS and ACLS required upon hire.
• NIHSS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Respond to emergencies with critical thinking and teamwork.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.
