Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active RN license in the hiring state or have compact licensure.
• Education as specified (BSN/ADN/Diploma) with appropriate certifications.
• Basic Life Support; ACLS and/or TNCC may be required depending on role.
• Critical care/ICU experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for critically ill patients.
• Interpret labs, diagnostics, and hemodynamic data to guide decisions and escalation of care.
• Safely administer and titrate IV medications including vasoactive drugs and sedatives.
• Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced respiratory support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support families.
• Recognize changes in condition and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and clinical excellence.
