Job summary

Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU to join a 238-bed community hospital network. The ICU RN will report to the Director of Critical Care Services and manage adult and geriatric patient care using the Nursing Process within California guidelines.

The role emphasizes supervising nursing staff, maintaining high standards of care, and participating in ongoing education and professional development within a large UHS network.

Qualifications

• One year ICU/StepDown/PCU experience preferred.
• Current California RN license required.
• ACLS required within 90 days of start date.
• Current BLS (CPR) required; CCRN preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 90 days of Hire required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of adult and geriatric patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Supervise all categories of nursing personnel in ICU.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and optimal patient outcomes in the ICU.
