Job summary

ScionHealth’s Kindred Hospital Brea seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. You will provide critical care nursing to severely ill patients, coordinate with physicians and staff, and ensure safety and quality in the ICU setting.

You will supervise care, develop comprehensive care plans, and educate patients and families as part of discharge planning, with a focus on timely, evidence‑based interventions and excellent patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to critically ill patients using the nursing process.
• Supervise nursing care provided by other caregivers.
• Develop and coordinate nursing care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications accurately following ICU policies.
