ScionHealth in Perris, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU/Critical Care unit. You will provide expert nursing care, supervise team members, coordinate with physicians, and manage comprehensive patient care plans in a high-acuity setting.

The role requires CA RN licensure (or compact), ACLS/BCLS, and at least 1 year of critical care experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to delivering optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• RN licensure in State of California or compact state licensure on hire.
• BCLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum one year of training/experience in Critical Care.
• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality patient care to critically ill patients using the nursing process.
• Supervise nursing care provided by other caregivers and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and update individualized patient care plans and document in EMR.
• Administer medications using the seven rights and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist with emergency interventions and discharge planning.
