Job summary

Mercy Health at St. Joseph Warren Hospital is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients. You will collaborate with the care team, assess patient status, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred but not required.
• Current state RN licensure is required.
• BLS or ACLS certification preferred; must obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire; PALS preferred if in pediatric units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver patient-focused care.
• Assess patient status and prioritize problems to develop care plans.
• Implement care plans for acutely ill patients requiring intensive medical care.
• Administer medications safely according to policies and procedures.
• Support a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
