Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred at hire or within specified timelines.
• 1 year of RN experience required; 6 months in CCU/ICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess patient status, create care plans, implement treatment, and evaluate outcomes.
• Deliver medications safely and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Maintain clinical judgement and provide evidence-based care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
