Job summary

USA Health in Mobile, AL is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our patient care teams. The RN will provide direct patient care across units, administer medications, monitor vitals, and respond to emergencies while maintaining chart accuracy.

You will also serve as a preceptor for new staff and nursing students, collaborating with physicians and the health-care team to uphold high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current Alabama RN license or Multi-State RN License per NLC for Alabama

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to unit standards and policies
• Administer medications and monitor patient status including emergencies
• Assist as charge nurse when assigned; supervise and coordinate care
• Precept new employees and nursing students; document care and outcomes accurately
