Qualifications

• BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days required.
• ONS - Oncology Nursing Society chemotherapy/biotherapy certification within 180 days required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to unit competencies.
• Administer medications, including controlled substances, via all routes.
• Supervise, plan, evaluate, and coordinate care by licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Act as charge nurse when assigned and preceptor for new employees.
• Maintain accurate medical records and discharge documentation.
