Job summary

USA Health in Mobile, AL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide family-centered care across units, following nursing processes, policies, and the Nurse Practice Act. You will supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, administer medications and blood products, perform CPR per AHA, and coordinate patient education and discharge planning.

The role requires an Alabama RN license (or multi-state license under NLC), adherence to infection control, and active participation in quality

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license or Multi-State RN License per NLC for Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and coordinate with the healthcare team.
• Supervise, plan, evaluate, and coordinate care with licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Administer medications, blood products, and perform basic life support per AHA standards.
• Demonstrate CPR according to American Heart Association standards.
• Communicate with physicians, patients and families; educate patients and plan discharges.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records; ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Participate in committees and performance improvement activities; provide on‑call support as needed.
