HCA Florida West Marion Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse in the ICU to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement the Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage model for optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include performing procedures, documenting care promptly, and educating patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up steps.

Qualifications

• ACLS required within 90 days of start date.
• BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• Florida RN license (or compact) required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Perform procedures and document care in the patient record.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
