Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of employment start date.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN - Registered Nurse licensure.
• TNCC within 1 year of employment start date.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care.
• Documents care in the patient medical record in a timely, thorough manner.
• Educates patients/families/caregivers about conditions, treatments, and follow-up measures.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engages in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
