Job summary

Qualifications

RN license in Florida (required)
Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
CPR/BLS certifications required

Responsibilities

Assess patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record.
