Qualifications

• RN licensed and registered in Florida or eligible.
• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and data gathering.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per protocol.
• Monitor responses and adjust care plans for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Document care activities accurately in the EMR and collaborate with the team.
