Job summary

LewisGale Hospital Montgomery in Virginia seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for our ICU to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. The RN will document care, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality outcomes.

Required qualifications include RN licensure, ACLS and BLS certifications within 30 days of start date, and an Associate or Bachelor's degree. No travel required, benefits provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in the ICU in collaboration with the care team.

• Educates patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up.
• Manages evidence-based practices and contributes to quality measures and outcomes.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to coordinate and tailor patient treatment plans.
