HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an RN ICU PRN at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery in Virginia to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The RN will assess, perform, teach, and manage care, while communicating clearly with patients and families about conditions, plans, medications, and follow-ups. This PRN role supports flexible shifts and exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the appropriate state.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of start.
• PRN availability for varied shifts.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with medical providers and the care team.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, follow-up.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practices.
• Advocate for patients and ensure safe, compassionate care.
