Sinai Hospital's ICU is a 29-bed unit within a Level II Trauma Center, delivering direct clinical care to critically ill medical, neuro, and surgical patients. You will perform shifts, assess needs, and implement age-appropriate care while supervising staff to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Under the unit manager and CNO, you will support resource management and participate in interdisciplinary rounds, with a 1:2 RN-to-physician ratio, advancing your critical care skills in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Maryland or eligibility to obtain Maryland license.
• American Heart Basic Life Support CPR.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care per shift under unit manager.Assess, plan, implement age-appropriate care for assigned patients.
